KRATOSS REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping at KRATOSS. We stand behind the quality of our premium products. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
30-DAY MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
RETURNS PROCESS To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kratoss.store. Please provide your order number and proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer; our team will provide you with the exact return shipping address.
SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
REFUNDS & INSPECTION Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The processing time depends on your card issuer's policies (typically 5-10 business days).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned under any circumstances. These include:
- Gift cards.
- Digital products, E-books, and downloadable guides once the download link has been generated and dispatched to your email.
- Items that show clear signs of usage or physical damage not caused by our carrier.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS If you received a damaged or defective product, please inspect it upon reception and contact us at support@kratoss.store within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
