1. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT TIMES
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a personal tracking link once your order has officially shipped.
Please note that processing time is separate from transit/delivery time.
2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMELINES
We offer two distinct shipping options at checkout to fit your needs. Delivery timeframes depend heavily on your location and are estimated as follows:

3. THE PRIORITY & INSURED SHIPPING BENEFIT ($4.95)
By selecting Priority & Insured Shipping, your order is granted premium status:
- First-In-Line Processing: Your order skips the standard queue and is prioritized by our fulfillment agents for instant quality check and packaging.
- 100% Delivery Insurance: This option guarantees complete protection against lost, stolen, or damaged packages during international transit. In the rare event that your package is scanned as lost or arrives severely damaged, KRATOSS will dispatch a brand-new replacement immediately at zero extra cost to you.
4. POSSIBLE TRANSIT DELAYS & FORCE MAJEURE
While we do everything in our power to ensure your package arrives within the estimated timeframe, international shipping can occasionally face unexpected disruptions beyond our control. KRATOSS is not legally liable for delays caused by:
- Customs clearance procedures or local border inspections.
- Severe weather conditions or natural transit bottlenecks.
- High-volume peak seasons (such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Q4 holiday rushes, or global shipping strikes).
If your order is significantly delayed past our estimated windows, please reach out to our dedicated support team, and we will initiate an official investigation with the carrier line.
5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Every single order includes comprehensive 24/7 tracking. When your items are packaged and dispatched, an automated email containing your tracking number and a secure link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow up to 48 hours for the logistics carrier to update the initial tracking status.
6. INCORRECT ADDRESSES & DELIVERY FAILURE
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% accurate and complete. KRATOSS is not responsible for orders that cannot be successfully delivered due to missing apartment numbers, incorrect zip codes, or wrong addresses.
If a package is returned to our fulfillment facility due to an incomplete address or failure to collect from a local post office, the customer will be responsible for any additional reshipment costs.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
For the United Kingdom and the United States, orders typically pass through customs without any extra charges. However, KRATOSS is not responsible for any custom fees, import duties, or local taxes applied to your package upon entering the destination country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
